Shipping and Delivery

For Shipment and online orders: you can track your shipment by going to the carrier's website (p. Ex., Canada Post, UPS) using the tracking number. 

This link is found in the confirmation email you received when your order has been shipped.  

Once confirmation of the sender's tracking number has been confirmed, you are responsible for the tracking and recovery of the parcel.
